Select products in cart for checkout

Hi,

Some of my customers added plenty of products to cart, but before checkout, they hope to select certain products to checkout instead of the whole cart.
Those unselected products will still remain in cart until customer decided to check it out or delete it.
Some sort like split cart capability for single store but not for multi vendor environment.
I'm trying to search around for such extension, unfortunately only available for multi vendor.
Has anyone come across such extension?
