Can't edit products error

OC3.0.9 I can not edit some products, I get error " Warning: Please check the form carefully for errors!"
even when trying to re-save without any editing.
Error log "PHP Warning: unlink(/home/website/system/storagehw2r24ootxnj/cache/cache.catalog.language.1725230599):
No such file or directory in /home/tensther/cpap-hub.com.au/system/library/cache/file.php on line 17
Also Paypal has inserted a banner above the slider, I can't find it in the banners so that I can delete it.

Do you have any extensions that modify the admin product page?
