New tax and there is an error at the checkout

When I changed the new VAT percentage in oc 2.3.0.2, the program can calculate the tax, but the following error appears at the checkout

You are not providing enough details for anyone to help you here. The error message is likely to come from a 3rd party extension. It might be caused by a rounding error.
