I’ve run into a frustrating issue with my Opencart 3.0.2.0 installation, and I’m hoping someone can help. Suddenly, I can’t seem to upload pictures correctly anymore. Here’s what’s happening:
- I can upload the images, but when I try to select them, only the file name shows up, not the actual picture.
- When I check the box to select the picture, it just displays a tiny white box (like a single pixel) instead of the image preview.
- This issue occurs whether I’m uploading product images or banner images.
I’ve tried re-uploading a picture that I had successfully uploaded before, but in a different folder, and I still get the same result. So, it doesn’t seem to be an issue with the new images specifically.
I’ve even tried uploading through FTP (using FileZilla), and while the upload works, I get the same problem in the Opencart admin panel—just a white pixel instead of the image preview.
Additionally, I’m now experiencing another issue where I can’t backup or restore my site via **System -> Backup/Restore**. It only returns an HTTP ERROR 500 page. I’m wondering if these issues might be related.
I’ve attached two screenshots:

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix these issues would be greatly appreciated!
