A bit of help if you dont mind.
On our site we sell door numerals 0-9 i was hoping i could do this through options and the select feature. In option you can add pictures to each value and i would have thought if you selected say number 3 then a picture of the number 3 comes up but no this is not the case?
Is this a bug or am i missing something?
Well, if you don't mind to publish Figures and Facts, like the exact Opencart Version and Theme, you possibly find someone who cares about your problem.

Not really needed for once as NO version of OpenCart has this feature.
As above, you'll need an extension for this.
