I have forced options on a few products e.g. https://www.livingseeds.co.za/tyson-seed-potatoes
If I have the base price (900g) entered in the Data page it then doubles the price on checkout.
Is there a way to get text in the Prices field on the Data page, like Prices from xxxx ?
Right now it's 0.00 on the product page (and Data page) but it does not look great.

The option price is added to the base price. You could subtract the base price from all the options and set this as the options prices. Otherwise you would need to modify code or look for an extension.

You could make one of your radio options the default one when the document ready state is triggered, which would use an Ajax call to extension/loadprice for the default option (e.g. the lowest value first option). Could all be done with a simple jquery in your footer.twig.
Or you could use the approach as in your https://www.livingseeds.co.za/valor-seed-potatoes where the product price appears to be the one for the lowest 900g quantity, where your 900g option is zero-priced.
