Hello,
is it possible to display a Product Option Image in the customer Order Info, Admin Order Info and checkout cart

Have you tried radio button options which support images?

That doesn't look bad. But it's not what I'm looking for.
display a Product Option Image in the customer Order Info and admin order info too.
