New to Opencart, downloaded the free extension Export/Import https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... sion_id=17 for bulk uploading and getting an empty error when trying to upload the zip file.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
The documentation is light, so assuming the zip is what should be uploaded.

Next have you looked in the server error log AND the opencart error log?
