Maintenance mode notice in checkout is still visible after turning off maintenance mode

Version used: 3.0.2.0
Browser: Chrome
Device: Desktop-PC

Hello together,

Customers have notified me that the maintenance mode notice is displayed at my checkout.
Since this shouldn´t be the case I checked the following points:

• Maintenance mode is disabled under System->Settings->System->Maintenance mode

• Browser cache was emptied

• We don´t have any caching extensions

• The only extension used is used to add Google Analytics(GA)

• In the code the notice should be within the "checkout.twig", but I can´t find it there. It should be right below the "<div id="checkout-checkout" class="container">" within a row. But instead in the twig, an ul element follows. That´s a bit strange to me.

• No JS-Errors in the Dev-Console during the checkout process. (Only one error on the order success page but it´s related to GTM)

• Don´t know if this is related, but when I choose to create a new customer account during the checkout process then I get an error when choosing a payment method. The error says that a payment method needs to be selected, even if you have selected one. It disappears when reloading the page and I can continue and finish the checkout process.

If you need more information don´t hesitate to ask me.
I don´t work on the project all the time so I might not respond immediately.
I´m not experienced with OpenCart, so I might have overlooked something.
Could you please help me make the maintenance mode notice in the checkout disappear?

Yes.
From the link you send, I cleared the:

• Browser Cache with Hard Reload

• Twig/SASS (Template) Cache

The other Caches I couldn´t clear since they don´t exist.
We don´t use the other tools or any other extensions except GA.

The only thing I could think of would be to clear the cache by deleting the cache folder in the code directly.
But I don´t know which folder to delete exactly or if I need to regenerate the cache manually afterward so I didn´t delete it via code till now.

That is not the standard maintenance mode, which would use the common/maintenance.twig template.

Check the Design -> Theme Editor and your template directly that checkout / checkout hasn't had the message added.

Check the Design -> Layouts -> Checkout to see if anything has been added.

What's your website URL? What theme? What other extensions?

No it hasn´t. I also added this file as txt in my question (checkout.twig.txt).

There isn´t any checkout-related Layout. Only the Standard Pages like "About us".

I sadly can´t name the URL because of privacy reasons (It´s the page of a customer).
If possible do you need certain Screenshots or code? - I can provide that.

The Theme in the Backend is called "OC Theme". In the Templates, the Template folder "tt_aboss" is selected.
So it should be the "Aboss" Theme.
I couldn´t find any file in the theme folder that contains the version. I also couldn´t see the version in the Backend.
If you need it, do you have any idea where to find it?

Payment Methods --> See attached picture
Reports --> See attached picture

You may need to hire a developer, to look into this issue, as it could be caused by any of your 3rd party extensions. At the moment, without seeing your website, it's almost impossible to say what goes wrong.

Did you also check the files in your theme directory as well as the Theme Editor?

If your Checkout layout has been removed the Default layout will be used so check that one.
