Hi,

on Opencart.com Marketplace, in my Account, at Purchases > My Downloads, many Extensions I have purchased are no longer available for download. Some are only available for specific versions and some are not available at all. The "Download" button is disabled.

Do you know why is this happening?

I have tried many different web browsers. Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Opera with no luck.

Found out that it's due to the new policy of Opencart about support and updates. You have to rebuy an extension to be able to download it and its updates!

It depends on the download and when it was created. If the Download button is grayed out, contact the developer --- they may be able to provide you with a copy. It would depend on their licensing policy though.
