Pagination and Limit stop working when So Filter Shop By module is enabled

Hello,
We have developed an eshop in OpenCart 3.0.3.6 and we are using the So Filter Shop By extension in order tp filter the products in category view.

Recently, we noticed that the page limit and pagination are not working.
Although the limit is set to 80 (the category has more than 200 products), the page loads all the products at once.
Also, when we click the pagination numbers, the page reloads and the url changes but the products do not change. We see all the products without limit.

I've noticed the page loads the products as it should (with limit and diferent products on each page), but then some ajax runs and changes the products display, thous creating the problem I mentioned before.

I believe it's something to do with the filter because when I disable the extension, both the limit and pagination work correctly.

Has anyone faced something similar, either with this extension or anything else?
Do you have any idea or any lead as to what might cause the problem and how I ca fix it?

Look like the number correct of products are served in the HTML, but then some Javascript is loading a bigger list. Could be a bug in your filter extension or conflicting with another extension.
