Will OC v4.0.2.3 work with PHP 8.3 ?
I see mention of PHP 8.1 but that's not supported anymore https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

OpenCart 3.0.3.9, 3.0.4.0, 4.0.2.3 or the upcoming 4.1.0.0 should all work fine with PHP 8.3.
