Multistore setup with subdirectories

Hello
I have multistore working on root of main domain. That's the current webshop.
Now I have created a new opencart installation/store in a sub directory /sub
So far it is working fine.
I created in Direct Admin subdomain on my current domain: second.mydomain.nl which links to: domains/mydomain.nl/public_html/sub
In Opencart 3.0.3.9 I created multistore with store url: http://second.mydomain.nl/sub/
I'm seeing old (current - root) webshop when I go to second.mydomain.nl

I need some help with this, I can't figure out how to set up subdomain properly.
I didn't add specific domain information, but will provide them if necessary.

If you want to use multistore you don't have to upload the opencart files in your subdirectory, the substore must work based on same files as main one, you can just define a symbolic link from sub to your main folder, see more information how to define symlinks there: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support ... /symlinks/
