Version 4.02 is it stable enough?

Hi, I need to upgrade my store which is running the version 2.0.3 and I am thinking to install the last version but I am here to ask if it is stable enough?

I have many issues on my old store and I am trying to find the best solution.

Well, that's a rather difficult question to answer, likely a reason, why you didn't get a reply on this already. Looking troughout Sites like Github-OC or even here, for a Newbie, it's hard to find out what OC v.4.x Version to choose, and because of that, it maybe better, to still stay with an OC v.3.x Version for the time beeing, like one of those:
