Shipping Fee for additional Item

Hello.
I have a flat shipping fee of $5 but if the client buy an additional item to the same address (in the same order) is has an additional shipping fee of $2 per additional item.
How can I do that in opencart?

You'll probably need one of the Clear Thinking shipping extensions.
