Hi there. Before jumping to my issue, I want to say that this forum has been very helpful with a few issues I had in the past. On this occasion, I just can not find a solution.

So, my shop is on OC2.1.0.2. There have been a lot of custom code/modifications along the way, and all have been tested, checked and worked properly. The shop has been running smoothly with no problems at all, but out of the blue, without changing anything, when navigating to any individual product page, the following error appears on the page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Document::addExtraTag() in public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_controller_product_product.php on line 253
Please note, that I can view all products in the shop, however I can not access any single product page.

Any advice?

Thank you!

Find the VQMod that is updating that product.php file and fix it or disable it to get your pages back until you can fix it.

First clear all your cache (vqmod, etc) and then if that does not work, disable all vqmods and 1 by 1 re enabled and test each one to narrow it down to find the problematic vqmod. Hopefully since it's 'out of the blue', it's just a cache related error.

Did your web host change the PHP version perhaps?

It looks like one of your extensions has modified the system/library/document.php file, look for the modified version in your vqcache folder. Also, check your vqmod/logs for errors related to this file.
