Describe the bug
When accessing the customer order details in the admin panel, several issues occur:
1. When clicking the "Remove" button to remove a product from the order history, the product is not actually removed.
2. When clicking the "Refresh" button, the quantity of products doubles or changes unexpectedly.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Admin Panel'
2. Click on 'Orders'
3. Select a specific order to view its details
4. Try to remove a product by clicking the "Remove" button
5. Notice that the product is not removed, but the successful message appears
6. Click on the "Refresh" button
7. Observe that the quantity of products doubles or changes unexpectedly
Expected behavior
1. The "Remove" button should successfully remove the product from the order history.
2. The "Refresh" button should update the order details without changing the quantity of products incorrectly.
Server / Test environment (please complete the following information):
- PHP version: 8.0
- Browser(s) tested with: Chrome, Firefox
- OpenCart version: 4.1.0.0
4.1.0.0 is not an official version, so you should report bugs on github directly:
https://github.com/opencart/opencart/issues
While it's fine to post them here, nobody that works on the OpenCart code checks the forum, so they will not get fixed if you just post them in the forum Bug Reports area.
Also, don't use beta versions for a real store. Always use an official version you get from the Download page:

Most developers are currently recommending using 3.0.3.9 for a new store.

The refresh button issue where it doubles the quantities and doubles the prices, i had that issue with version 4022 and 4023 i had to download a seperate fix, why its still doing it in this latest version is beyond me, luckily people like me and you are testing this out
