OC. 3.0.3.3 Paypal Checkout Integration taking duplicate payments?

Hi,

I'm using O.C 3.0.3.3 with the Paypal Checkout Integration. For two of the last three orders I've received, there have been two PayPal payments taken for each, with two instances of 'PayPal Seller Protection - ELIGIBLE' etc in the order history. The payments have happened about 2 minutes apart, with two separate transaction numbers for each customer, but only one instance in the 'PayPal Checkout Integration' tab on the order page. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Or am I just looking at a coincidence of two customers not knowing what they're doing? There was one order in between the two that went through fine with a single payment. All orders were guest accounts with no vouchers used. If I am looking at a potential issue, is anybody able to point me in the direction of where to start looking?
Or should I just contact PayPal?
