Does anyone know of an theme for only one item/product?

We are looking to only have one product and want the theme to focus on the features of that one item easier and not have a lot of extra pages and links that are unnecessary
Something that is different than the standard OC look/feel and doesn't need to have the categories for example, when there is only one, it creates unneeded clicking.
