Publishing products in a new clean install OC 3.0.3.9.

Publish a product.
Product is visible in the backend, and on the category page.
However clicking on the product on the category page gives a 404.

It happens very rarely, but at he moment I've to republish about 25 products.
Republishing is the only way to solve it as far as I know.

So like to know if this is known by anybody?
Error log is empty.

Those sorts of activities do not occur by propagation. It's happening for a specific reason on your domain. Please post your server error logs - not the ones from the OC admin. It also looks like this issue can be related to your .htaccess. Are you also using SEOs or any extensions? More information is needed.

The server error log is empty. gives only a warning for the WP installation on the main domain.
The OC is on a sub domain.

Clean install 3.0.3.9
Mods:
Full Width Page Content
Minimum Order Total - oc3
Multilingual Sitemap XML
Rich Snippets

And found something
Remarkable is that all 404 are containing an ij in the product name.
Only the products with in the seo-url the words grijs or parijs-blauw are infected.

So it wasn't a clean new install after all, with all your extensions. Install a copy of your site, and then test it all out. In a process of elimination, uninstall one extension at a time, until it works. Then you know what extension causes the issue.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

Also, if you notice the 404 URLs all have a pattern to them, it could be your htaccess configuration or a server plugin (like mod_security). Double-check those things as well.

Could be ModSecurity. Ask your host to disable it.
