Is there a way to remove the product name (title) validation in admin who check if the name is already exist?
I know this is not good at all, but I have unique case in OC3 and I need to use same product name for few products.

Hi, I'm looking for a solution that will allow me to have products with the same names, this is a wish/requirement of the store owner. The store has a small audience and is for second-hand items, some of which must have the same name and will be differ only by a model number and URL. I fully understand that this is not a good practice for users, SEO, etc., but that is the requirement.
Is there are way to skip this validation by product name and have products with the same names?

No, I mean exactly the main product title field... not meta title.you mean the meta tag title. not the product name?
If, I add the model number to the product title, then the products will not have the same titles. You're free to have duplicate product names in default OC3 if you wish.
