Not able get to admin panel after installing

Just installed current version 4.0.2.3 on Fedora 39 server and everything looked great until I tried to login the admin dashboard ...
login page worked and loaded when I went to [https://MyCartSite.net/admin] prompting for user and password which I'm sure was correct.
All I get is a black page with:
pretty-print [] box at top
and this :
{"redirect":"https:\/\/MyCartSite.net\/admin\/index.php?route=common\/dashboard&user_token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"}
please help
running PHP 8.2, MariaDB 15.1 , Apache 2.4.58

Check both your PHP and OpenCart error logs and your web browser's developer console.
