Php errors

I get the following php errors:

PHP Warning: Undefined array key "email" in .../storage/modification/catalog/controller/information/contact.php on line 181
PHP Warning: Undefined array key "enquiry" in .../storage/modification/catalog/controller/information/contact.php on line 185

Opencart 3.0.3.8 (maintenance branche) / PHP 8.1 / Lightning cache extension

Anybody any idea how to solve these? I get often a call from customers that they contact me through the contact form but the mails never got to me. I blame this on the recaptcha blocking them but I also noticed there errors.

You have a modification running on your contact controller so that would be anybodies guess.

OpenCart 3.0.3.8 is not compatible with PHP 8.1 so that could be part of your problem.
