New Payment Extension Displays Bank Transfer Message on Checkout

OC Version 3.0.3.8; i have added a new extension "charge to my account".
1. upon checkout the message pops up regarding bank transfers (the bank transfers option is OFF/disabled). how to fix this?
2. can i restrict this new (charge to my account) checkout option just for people with accounts? in other words, if shopper selects guest, I would want only credit card checkout option.

1. It sounds like the extension is loading the bank transfer message from its settings. Contact the developer of the extension and report this bug to them. If you created this yourself, then check your code --- you probably copied the bank transfer message by copying the code and not removing that line.

2. You'd need an extension to do this, like Restrict Payment Methods. If that's not within your budget then there may be cheaper extensions that can restrict payment methods in the OpenCart marketplace:
