Dears,

Yesterday, without any changes made to the site, my opencart 3.0.3.8 stopped working and is now giving an HTTP Error 500 and the log is showing the error below. Just before this happened, the only thing I did was processing an order ...

Suggestions ? What is going on here ?

Thanks,
Stefaan

As it seems, you are using some additonal installed extension.
Indicator for this, is this line:

Code: Select all

oc_storage/modification/system/engine/loader.php
I would suggest, check all your extension you have installed.
Disable all, refresh the Modification cache (blue button top right).
Then, enable one after one and after each refresh the cache again.

On the other hand, no system is suddenly producing errors.

Could be this. Ask your web host if the PHP version was changed.

Check for the existence of file '/data/sites/web/volkskunstvlaanderen/subsites/oc_storage/vendor/twig/twig/src/Loader/ArrayLoad.php'.

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to answer me.

I'm checking with the provider if something changed on their end (like php version)
The file ArrayLoader.php is present in the path specified (ArrayLoader.php, not ArrayLoad.php)
I'll try the disabling and enabling extensions, but how can I do that without access to the admin ?

I was able to restore the store to the version of the morning before and did not lose any data.

I do run in to another issue for which I will create a new topic: I'm logged in as admin and still get a message I do not have access to change an order.
