We are experiencing an issue both on the front end and in the admin panel.

Front-end issue:
Fatal error: Class 'Controllercommonheader' not found in /public_html/system/storage/modification/system/engine/action.php on line 36

Admin issue:
Undefined alert popup check attachment

It would be helpful to post your OpenCart version. Check for missing of modified admin\controller\common\header.php.
