Hi, We have installed the UPS plug in and everything seems correct and prices show in the background but on the website ups does not show as a shipping option in the basket. Any help welcome

Tried the plug in via the ups website and the opencart website. They show in the back end of the website and can be used to manually create an order but when the front end of the website is used the prices dont pull through. OC version is 4 digits.
Please provide a link to the extension you are referring to. I am sure I can find a few extensions for UPS and know the exact one you are referring to is very helpful.
WHERE does it show in the back-end? In the log maybe? When you are creating an order yourself in the back end?
