Lately I keep getting customers end their surnames in capital letters.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Is it bots?
Could be fake customer registrations from spambots. Our SpamBot Buster should be able to prevent fake registrations, as well as spam mails.

No, it won't wont remove the fake accounts, you'd have to remove them manually. The SapmBot Buster only prevents fake account registrations in the first place.
