Cart Reservation (products) for 30 minutes

Hi,
we are looking for a OC Developer for this feature:
Customers are unhappy when the products in the cart are sold out, before the checkout is done. we are looking for an extension to set a reservation time.
in that time (for example 30 minutes) the added products are reservated in cart. so nobody else can buy that.
so the customer is happy and has enough time to look in the shop for more products
the time (example 30min) must be updated so long the customer is looking in store. so the time begins from new, when customer is looking in shop or adding/changing something in cart.
OC 2.3.0.2 with some modifications and extensions.
who can do this for us? how much will it cost and how long will it take?
