Hi,

im running a live store on 4.0.2.3 and all is well but recently ive noticed a massive increase in traffic on the people online in admin and they all appear to be from singapore and somthing to do with aws, amazon web services.

they are visiting all the products on my site, what are they likely up to and should i be worried ?

my site is for the uk only, My question is should i block them and how if i wanted to block singapore only?

below is a few of the hundreds i see per day

47.128.40.81
47.128.49.159
47.128.121.232
47.128.117.14
47.128.63.26

These are my two goto add-ons for problems like yours:

Ninja Firewall
https://nintechnet.com/ninjafirewall/pro-edition

The free version of Ninja Firewall is fine.

Cidram
https://github.com/CIDRAM/CIDRAM

Plus an admin security extension. Not perfect but pretty good. :)

You can do this with CloudFlare.

Thanks for the suggestions i will look into those at some point - I ended up adding the singapore ip range to htaccess and that seems to have stopped it.
