This is not an OpenCart issue, you need to contact the Journal3 support, or use a proper OpenCart. See also this forum thread.

Not journal issue. Is just another ocmod extension who make changes in catalog/model/journal3/image.php

Well, you fellows should better decide, to either allow ALL postings in general, or then refuse them, if a commercial Theme Extension like Journal is part of it.

Modified or not, there is no catalog/model/journal3/image.php in OpenCart. It's basically a 3rd party extension modifying another 3rd party extension.

Either way, this user needs to provide a lot more information about their OpenCart version and any extensions they're using.
