Hi
I installed fresh copy of opencart and encountered a problem in the Order Status List no prepopulate info there and also not able to create new list items.
I also access the database and items is there just not in front end and system always gives error when saving the Store List settings.

Such as? Also see if the reported issue has been solved already on Github Opencart with the v4.1.0.0 release. As for clearing the cache, you simply need to logout of the platform and clear your browsing history on your browser with the beginning of time option and checkmark the entire list - close your browser - reopen the browser. Re-login to the platform and see if the issue persists with the order statuses. If so, also submit your server error logs and your Developers Kit > Console and Network tab outputs as per the forum rules.

I had the same issue - after cloning a live site, check the backend config (sitepath/admin/config.php). While the frontend config updated correctly for the cloned database, the backend config remained linked to the live database. Update backend database details to match the cloned environment.
