A few days ago, My hosting company changes my VPS hosting.

Although he told me that it was a host change operation with the same IP address.

it meant that all my settings should not be changed and I would not need to move files because of this.

But after that, my colleagues told me that there were often problems with the page not loading properly.

Does anyone know what the possible cause may be?

In fact i have done this, Whether it is modification or vQmod and browser cache, I have cleared it.

Although it can be displayed normally on my PC and mobile devices, my boss and work partners still encounter the same situation and it happens randomly.

Does this mean they need to clear their browser's cache on all devices as well?

Very likely to be caused by ModSecurity. Ask your host to disable it.

Can you provide a screenshot and tell me how to close it?

Because we did not purchase the service of engineers to help maintain the host, So I have to follow the screenshots and steps to actually operate it.

Can you teach me how to do it?
