But how to add Product warranty options for extra fee ? Any options to get this achieved ? Any extensions?

Create your option in the admin panel / catalog / options first.
Then add the option to your product in the product form / options tab.

Also some themes (Like Journal 3) have their own built-in live price method. You need to enable this method from somewhere in their settings.
