[SOLVED] - My Account Page, Menu On Right - How to Edit / Remove Items

Can some one let me know how to remove items from the menu on the right hand side of the My Account page? It is the same menu that shows up on Orders History page. I don't need stuff like Reward Points, Subscriptions, Downloads, and Newsletter.

I can disable the menu in the admin/design/layouts/accounts page but, I would rather just get rid of the unwanted items.

I got extension/opencart/catalog/view/template/module/account.twig to change the module on the right, just as I needed.
