Connecting Shipstation

Can someone kindly tell me where i put the files in the directory to connect shipstation to our store? do i put the folder into the root of the directory?

instructions from Shipstation:

Your OpenCart store can be connected in just minutes. Please follow the instructions below.

Download this file and extract the contents to your OpenCart folder
Modify the chmod on the shipstation/config.php file to 777.
In your OpenCart Admin site, go to Extensions > Modules.
Click Install next to the ShipStation Config module.
Click Edit next to the ShipStation Config module.
Enter the ShipStation Key and ShipStation Verification Key in the fields below
Enter your web site's URL below. If OpenCart is installed in a subfolder, include the folder in the path (e.g. https://www.opencart.com/ocart)
Click Test Connection to see if the steps you followed worked correctly
Click on Connect to make this store active!

in the folder it has two folders called admin and shipstation, do i upload both?

Yes

For help with installing on Opencart:

The files in /admin will go into the OC /admin folder - these are the files that will be used to install app into OC from Admin Modules panel.

You will also have a new folder in the root called /shipstation - where their app files live.
