Upgrade from 3.0.2.0 to 4.0.2.3 failing to load .css files

Hi - getting the attached errors when updating. The update completes but cannot access admin page - its blank.

I'd do a new install and move stuff over. BUT otherwise what are your configs (without the dateabase / username stuff)?
Do you have your configs other domains? Cross-domain is what it looks like it is complaining about.
