Hi all

I have 2 questions.

1. I installed opencart from opencart-4.0.1.1, in the admin space 3.0.3.9 is shown. What version is running?

2. Beside this, this installation runs out of the box. But this installation is only a test version. I tried to start the life installation, same provider, just different URL.
The test version database runs with MySQL 5.7, so far no problem.
The life version stops with "PHP8+ Required". I tried with a new database, MySQL 8.0, with the same result.

Why the first installation runs with 5.7, the second not at all?

Any hint? Thanks in advance for any support.

1. I would say you are running 3.0.3.9. But you should compare the files to find out exactly.

2. "PHP8+ Required" means you need PHP 8 or above and is nothing to do with the MySql version.

I don't think your are running OpenCart 4.0.1.1, rather it looks like you are using 3.0.3.9.

Anyways, please read this forum post.

Open your index.php file and it should tell you the version you are using. If it looks wrong, maybe you didn't upload all of the new files properly?

PHP Version and MySQL version (5.7) are 2 different things.
