Hey there, I have an HTML website hosted on Hostinger, I wanted to add opencart in order to transfer the website to a ready shop.
after installation, I am not able to access my admin panel.

It would be helpful to provide more information. Such as your OpenCart version, what actually happens when you try to access the admin, any error messages and anything in the OpenCart or PHP error logs.
Unless the OP has a custom named admin directory, he's getting this message:

I uninstalled opencart to recover my website, I have another question
So I have a ready HTML website, I would like to know if it is possible to add opencart to change it to make a shop
As in the screenshot I want to add "add to cart" buttons and payment methods
Is that possible with open cart?
