What has changed in OpenCart 3.2.0.0 from the opencart-3 repository? Is there a break in compatibility with extensions?

Well, you could download a Copy and compare it's File-content with the Files you're using now.
Or then, upload it's content in a separate Directory and rewrite/paste your existing v.3 configuration files into it, to check it online, by adding your existing Extensions piece by piece :D

In other words, versioning based on assumptions.

There isn't any major difference with regards to functionality between 3.0.x.x and opencart-3. opencart-3 has mainly more cosmetic changes for e.g. spaces, argument types for functions, etc. Therefore, extensions written for OpenCart 3.0.3.8 or 3.0.x.x, especially when using VQmod or OCmod, may not work without adjustments in opencart-3.
