Does anyone know why when I view my website on my desktop and on my phone some options dont function, but when I view it on someone elses computer and their phone it shows to work just fine. I've cleared the cache on my website and on my desktop, but that doesnt make any difference.

Could be many things. Different OS, different browser, ad blocker, anti -virus, firewall, different ISP, etc. Perhaps describing the issue in more details will help other help you.

I purchased an extension and have it installed. The creator says that its working properly. I cant see thats its working from my devices, but it shows working from my wifes computer and phone.

There must be some difference between devices on which the site work and those that don't.

You could check your web browser's developer console and see it there are any errors or messages.
