Language drop-down box not working anymore

I've just noticed that the Language selection drop-down box is not working with no apparent reason. I haven't done anything unusual apart from taking the store offline for few minutes.
Can you please help with a solution?

...and other weird thing I've notticed: I cannot upload images from server into Romanian part of the website

I did forget to mention: Open cart 1.4.9.1 clean Install for my shop.
Everything went fine until today.

The drop down box worked for me when I went to your site.
Now I'm hungry.
