I Need OC developer!

Hi,
I need a oc developer for my current website.
Please give your best quotes for the tasks that listed below (separated for each) :
1) Sticky header for desktop and mobile. But when scrolling down, it mus be visible, when scrolling up it must be hidden.
2) I am using Ajax Live Search module. I need it to improve it a bit. I just want to remove the product images on results.
3) I need a module like "Featured Categories" similar to featured products.

4) I am using oc v 2.2 default theme and considering to upgrade to v3.x. Please give a quote for this as well.

There are some ocmod extensions on Marketplace for that

If is the free one, you can disable images from showing when search from module settings
