For some time we recommended Astra when a site was hacked - they were fantastic - they had specialist developers who would carefully remove the hack, secure the site and then install their software which did a good job of keeping the site secure.
Unfortunately, as they provided such a good service they got more and more popular to the point where they're now totally unable to provide the level of service they used to.
In a nutshell, we're finding problems with their software slowing down and crashing sites, and their support is now basically non-existent - they just don't reply.
It may be that they're able to improve their service levels again in future, but at this point we would go as far as to say it's worth cancelling subscriptions as they simply aren't providing any level of service at the moment.
We'll be keeping an eye on things again and would recommend them again in future if they can improve but it has now been many months.

Expressing dissatisfaction when a service doesn't meet standards is essential. It not only helps the service provider identify areas of improvement but also ensures that others, like yourself, are spared from similar frustrations in the future.
Let's hope that by bringing this issue to their attention, they will take the necessary steps to rectify their approach and uphold the level of service and professionalism you, and many others, have come to expect.

I have still been having a solid experience with them. When they switched to the new dashboard and plugin about 2 years ago, we had some issues but they quickly resolved them. Curious to hear about what issues you're running into (more details about which versions of Opencart were experiencing crashes, etc).
