Need Help on install error

Hi, I am trying to install OpenCart and are receiving an error when I go to the install directory.

I copied the files to my domain root
I renamed both config files
I changed the permissions on both config files to 777

This is the error I get before I even get a chance to install (useing xxx to hide sensitive info)

what you mean with 'renamed' the config files??

The install instructions in the download it says to rename the config_dist.php file in the root and the admin folder to just config.php
