API integration for selling prepaid cards and game gift cards

Does anyone have experience with API integrations for selling prepaid vouchers and game gift cards?
I am not a software developer, i found somebody to build the API. Its on me to make the integration in opencart.

The work that will be done is below

Build an external API to perform the calls and provide OpenCart an endpoint to call during order confirmed.

- After the API finish the procedure, we will send a response to OpenCart.

- The response can be a JSON with any required format.

I am also facing similar issue but unable to find a solution that works perfectly.

Well you'd better describe what you want clearly and/or contact a developer to build it for you.
