I'm realizing that my USPS shipping extension isn't offering the Ground Advantage option to my customers (a couple months ago USPS discontinued their First Class Mail service and converted that all to Ground Advantage, which is much cheaper than Priority Mail). Because this option is not being offered, my customers are only left with the Priority option which is much more expensive. How can I get this extension to show the Ground Advantage option as well?

1. Ask the extension developer.
2. If they won't help, get paid help from Commercial Support.

Based on the screenshot, I think YarniaPDX is talking about the built-in OpenCart USPS extension, which is old and does not support Ground Advantage.

My USPS Pro extension does support Ground Advantage, and has a bunch of other features as well. Feel free to take a look at the screenshots and demo site, and if you're interested let me know at www.getclearthinking.com/contact if you have any questions.

If you don't want a commercial option, then I do not believe that OpenCart has updated its free USPS extension. You can reach out to them to find out for sure here:

Yes, I am talking about the native USPS extension. Thanks for the suggestions--I'll look into both of those!
