SEO URL-s on second language (English) take me to my default language Home page

I have a problem when I turn SEO URL-s on on my website. every time i switch language to english and try to visit a category page, i am forwarded to home page on my default language but the url is changed to the URL that is set for that category in English.

Also, even on the defaul language, on the end of a category link on page there is ?route=product/category&language=rs

I tried to search solution on forum and on google but was not able to find it. I would really use help on this matter.
