Opencart Version 4.0.2.2 AUXILIO

Después de haber instalado y desintalado unas 10 veces opencart versiones 3.0.3.8 versiones de 4.0.1.1 y llegar hasta la actual 4.0.2.2, solo puedo decir que no se que será el error, si el servidor donde estoy aojando la tienda o las versiones descargadas de opencart(son todas del sitio de opencart), un desastre tras otro. Desde no poder administrar la version 3.03.8 porque la barra de herramientas no se desplegaba hasta ahora con la versión 4.0.2.2 que no registra las direcciones de quienes realizan compras y tampoco he logrado que se me notifique de alguna compra.
Estoy desesperada, necesito ayuda para:
1.- Que opencart registre la dirección de quien compra.
2.- Que Opencart me envíe una notificación de compra (quisiera saber como debo preguntar al servidor si los correos MAIL tienen o no algun problema, ¿esto lo ven ellos verdad?)

1.- Estoy usando el tema por Defecto.
2.- No he instalado ningun módulo de terceros con el fin de no alterar el sistema original y ver si el error se mantiene.
3.- Estoy utilizando la instalación sin tocar ningún parametro, salvo habilitar modo de pago por transferencia.
4.- Luego de hacer una compra con transferencia bancaria, como invitado y revisarla en el administrador aparece este error: (en la parte superior de la pagina de administrador)
