Hi, I am using OC 3.0.3.8 and sometimes when I place test orders if I checkout really fast some of the orders go to “missing” but I still get the success page and confirmation email.
Also I can see the orders in recent activity.
Any known fix for this?
Do you see the same issue with both payment methods?
Try without the Journal theme or at least the one page checkout. There have been order problems reported in the past caused by the Journal theme.
Check both your PHP and OpenCart error logs for related errors.
